MOFCOM Scholarship — CSC Program
Citizens of a developing country under 45 with at least three years of work experience, who are public officials at division level or above, senior managers of organisations or enterprises, or academic staff of universities and research institutions.

- English test score required. English equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 and above. Award holders must register for an English-taught programme.
- What it covers
- Tuition and related teaching fees, free on-campus accommodation, a stipend of RMB 36,000 per year for master's students and RMB 42,000 per year for PhD students, a one-off resettlement fee of RMB 3,000, medical insurance and round-trip international airfare.

- The Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Chinese Embassy in your country, with the recommendation of your government.
