China Scholarships Index files scholarships for international students in mainland China by type and study level, and ties each entry to the official notice it came from.
Not an official site
This site is not run by, and is not affiliated with, the China Scholarship Council, Campus China, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, any ministry, embassy or university. It does not accept, forward or process applications. Applications go only through the official channel named in each notice.
How entries are made
- Each entry is written from the notice published by the body that runs the scholarship, and links to it.
- Entries record what the notice states: who can apply, study level, coverage, language score, application channel and timing. Where a notice is silent on a point, the entry says so.
- The entries currently in the index were checked on 10 October 2026. Guides show their own date.
- The index does not publish admission or award rates, and it does not rank universities.
When a notice changes
Scholarship notices are reissued every year, and amounts, age limits and deadlines move. If anything here differs from the current official notice, the official notice is right.
Who runs it
The site is operated by UNILINK (UNILINK EDUCATION PTY. LTD), an education consultancy with operating entities in Australia, China and the United Kingdom. UNILINK advises students on study applications, including study in China. Using the index is free, and no entry is placed or ordered on a commercial basis: the entries are official scholarship programmes, listed as their notices describe them.
Privacy
The site has no accounts and does not ask for personal details. The scholarship filter runs in your browser and sends nothing to us. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve and protect the site. Links to official notices open on those organisations' own sites, which have their own privacy policies.
